The Training

TS2C was formed in 2024 to develop comprehensive and innovative training for Christmas performers.

TS2C is more than training—it’s a network of dedicated Santa’s committed to excellence, authenticity, and continued growth. Mentorship, shared knowledge and ongoing support allows every Santa to enhance their skills.

Our curriculum refines the look, feel, attitude, and decorum of every Santa.
